As an overview of our call center environment, our professional agents work as if they are in our clients’ front office. We are an invisible extension of their business — positioning our clients to virtually be open 24/7.

Our comprehensive training program sets the stage for agent success. We have a variety of shifts available, including day, swing, and overnight. There are plenty of opportunities to pick up additional hours too. Since we are a 24/7/365 answering service, night, weekends, and holiday availability is required.

As a call agent with AnswerPro, you will be trained following our industry standards of professional call taking. Once you have completed your training, you will have the opportunity to earn a certification deeming you as a professionally certified call agent. This credential is administered by our governing association, the Association of TeleServices.

Types of Calls We Answer

AnswerPro provides live answering services for many types of businesses, organizations, and professionals. We are an inbound call center that primarily provides customer support, messaging taking, and call routing services. You will not be conducting any outbound sales calls.

Typical calls involve call answering, nurse triage, order entry, appointment scheduling, and emergency dispatching, to name a few. Below is a listing of the primary industries we answer for:

Call Agent Success Criteria

  • Able to type a minimum of 30 correct words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Accurately gather caller information based on scripted instructions.
  • Answer calls in a friendly, engaging, and helpful manner.
  • Professionally handle escalation calls.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive, and dependable.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary.
  • Experience using the Amtelco platform is a plus.

All offices provide inbound call center solutions for our clients nationwide, and we can support a wide variety of answering service jobs.
